Jabalpur: Taking selfie at world's popular tourist place Bhedaghat in Jabalpur city of MP proved fatal for a woman who came to visit from Mumbai and her future daughter-in-law. She was trying to take a selfie from the rocks of New Bhedaghat, when she lost her balance and both fell into the river. The body of the woman has been confiscated by the local swimmers after the accident. The search for the multiple is on.

SI Lekhram posted at Tilwara police station said that Arvind Soni, who lives in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, had come to visit Bhedaghat with his wife Hansa Soni, age 50 and son Raj, age 23. Raj was to be married to Riddhi backward, age-22 years. She also went to Bhedaghat for tourism with the Soni family.

At the same time at 3:30 pm, all the four persons reached New Bhedaghat by ropeway. Due to this, Hansa and Riddhi set the timing in the mobile and stood on the rocks to take a picture. Due to this the balance of both was disturbed and both fell in Narmada. The current was strong, due to which they could not be traced in no time. The body of Hansa Soni has been confiscated by local swimmers. The search for the girl resumed on Saturday morning.
