Jaipur: A shameful incident has come to light in Dholpur district hospital of Rajasthan. When a woman patient admitted to the hospital was called to the room by the compounder posted there on the pretext of giving a bullet and then raped her there. Meanwhile, when the woman's family got information about the incident, they thrashed the accused compounder, Ram Lakhan Parmar, fiercely. The family caught the accused naked on the spot, whose video they made and put on social media. The district hospital administration has formed an inquiry committee into the incident. However, no police complaint has been lodged by the woman yet.

According to the report, the incident took place on Sunday night when Ram Lakhan Parmar, a compounder posted at the hospital, took a woman police admitted there alone on the pretext of giving her a bullet. There the woman was raped. Fearing public anger, the woman and her family did not lodge a complaint with the police. When the video of the incident went viral, there was a stir in the administration. Chief Medical Officer of Dholpur District Hospital Dr Samar Veer Singh has said that such an incident will not be tolerated in the hospital. An inquiry committee has been formed to investigate the matter. Further action will be taken after the inquiry report comes.  

The victim has said that she is undergoing treatment at the hospital and a compounder posted there took her to solitude on the pretext of giving her medicines. There he asked to lie down and then did the wrong thing. The compounder took the woman inside the room, the family said. On suspicion, they reached the spot, but the door was locked. The compounder was in a naked position when the door opened loudly.
