Jaipur: A case of suicide by youth has come to light in the Baran district of Rajasthan. The son was found hanging from a snare when the mother went into the room in Jalwara town on Tuesday morning. Police handed over the body to the family members after postmortem. Police say he put up a WhatsApp status before the suicide, in which he wrote, 'I'm going, my life is waiting for me.' Outpost in-charge Chethamal Naik informed that Omprakash Meghwal (24), a resident of Jalwara, has committed suicide. He used to run an e-Mitra shop in the town. On Monday night he went to sleep in the room after drinking tea. He also posted a status on WhatsApp at around 12.40 pm. He then committed suicide late at night by hanging himself from a rope. Omprakash was hanging in the room when his mother reached to wake him up around 6 am on Tuesday. The police who reached the spot after receiving the information conducted an inspection. The body was then taken off the snare and rushed to the hospital mortuary for postmortem and postmortem was conducted and handed over to the family members. Nahargarh police officer Dalpat Singh said that the suicide note was not found with the deceased. Family members say her son has committed suicide due to mental stress due to a domestic conflict with his wife. Police are trying to ascertain the cause of suicide.
