Gehlot government formulated mega plan for migrant laborers, 'skill program' to start soon

Jaipur: Ashok Gehlot government of Rajasthan is serious about the future of migrant workers who have returned from other states. Skill programs will be started in 22 districts of the state. With the help of the Government of India, these skills courses will start from 16 July. The needs of workers and industries are being brought together on one platform through the Rajkaushal portal. Addressing the entrepreneurs at the Skill Summit of FICCI Rajasthan, Chief Secretary Rajiv Swaroop said that there is a readiness to give employment to the workers according to their abilities and skills.

Migrant workers who want to increase their skills in a particular area will be given training. Efforts will be made in the state to improve the speed of industrial products after lockdown, all efforts are being made for this. Addressing as the Chief Guest at the 3rd Rajasthan Skills Summit organized by FICCI Rajasthan, Chief Secretary Rajeev Swaroop said that the government is serious about the challenges faced by the industries between lockdown and phased unlock. In the coming days, an action plan is being made to help industries restore normalcy.

With policy efforts, innovation and better management, industrial development and employment opportunities are increasing in the state. He said that the self-reliant India campaign will have to take steps towards efficient human resources by creating globally competitive products and services with only technical support.
