Rajasthan: Gehlot government does this to bring the economy back on track

Due to the havoc of the Coronavirus, the Rajasthan government is busy attracting companies from Japan, South Korea, America and Australia to invest in the state to bring back the deteriorated economy of the state and create new employment opportunities. For this, a proposal has been sent to the companies from the state government. The state government has written a letter to the ambassadors of these four countries in India to invest in the state.

Regarding this step, State Industries Minister Parasadi Lal Meena says that about 1000 companies are considering leaving China and investing in India. 300 of these companies are thinking seriously about setting up a factory in India. The Rajasthan government wants more and more of these companies to invest in the state. With Rajasthan being close to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, it can also prove to be better for these companies in terms of other necessary resources.

For your information, let us tell you that on the interest of foreign companies, the state government can also develop new industrial areas in the districts of Delhi, Alwar, Bharatpur, Jhunjhunu and Jaipur. Dr. Subodh Aggarwal, Additional Chief Secretary, Industries Department, has written a letter to the ambassadors of USA, South Korea, Japan and Australia, and assured that the state government will help them in every way.
