New Delhi: On one side where the corona virus outbreak is not taking its name. At the same time, a study of the World Health Organization (WHO) has revealed the shocking thing. According to the study, five lakh Aids patients can be killed due to Corona virus. According to a report in the Telegraph, modeling WHO and UNAIDS, it is estimated that about 5 lakh AIDS patients will die in the next 6 months in the sub-Saharan region of Africa.

Please tell that if this happens, this number will break the record of those who died of AIDS in 2008. According to the report, in 2018, an estimated 25.7 million people in the Sub-Saharan Africa were HIV infected and 64 percent were taking antiretroviral (ARV) therapy. However, due to the corona virus, many HIV clinics were closed. Because of which AIDS patients are missing their medicine doses.

It has been said in the study that if the ARP therapy of AIDS patients is not available, then the amount of HIV virus starts increasing in their body. If any other person is infected by this afflicted person in any way, then the number of AIDS patients will also increase. According to the report, if they do not get medicine and therapy at the right time, then in the coming six months, up to 37 percent of patients will increase in Mozambique. In Malawi and Zimbabwe, 78-78 percent and Uganda 104 percent of children can be infected with HIV.
