Rajasthan: Rana International School children organize awareness rally, deliver message to save environment

Jaipur: Students of Rana International School, located at Degana in Nagaur district of Rajasthan, took out a rally on Saturday for environmental awareness. During this time, the students walked around the city with placards to stop the use of plastic bags to the general public. The rally was flagged off by BCMO Dr. Ramkishore Saran.

The rally took place from the local municipality to the main market. During this time, the students also gave a carry bag of clothes to the people shopping on handbags. So that common citizen can become aware of this sensitive issue. It is noteworthy that the state government has adopted a very sensitive and strict attitude on this issue. Earlier, the Pollution Control Board had issued notices to the RCDF for disposal of milk bags.

After this RCDF is making its DPR. So that the system can be improved. In Rajasthan's capital Jaipur, 10 lakh liters of milk is supplied in polythene. Which causes massive pollution. However, the necessary steps are being taken to prevent this. The government is now considering to recycle these bags, for which plans are being made to set up a plant.
