Reduce face fat with these exercises

When body weight increases, its effect also appears on the face. Due to this the face also appears to be bigger. To overcome this problem, there are some face exercises which can be followed by regular follow-up and reduced face fat.

These exercises are so simple that they can be done anytime. First of all, bend your head towards back side and look towards the sky. Now stretch your tongue out of the mouth as far as possible. Stay in this state for 10 seconds. Repeat this almost 10 times.

The second exercise is to keep the neck straight and open the mouth and expose the tongue as much as possible. Stay 10 seconds and repeat this exercise 10 times.

The third exercise is to tilt the neck backward and look towards the sky. Round the lips and tighten them. Do this activity for 10 seconds, repeat this activity 10 times.

Fourth exercise, Drag both cheeks and lips inwards. Paused for 5 seconds. Do it ten times
