CM DK Saibaba has ordered the release of Rs 550 crore to carry out relief work in flood affected areas in GHMC and other ULBs. Relief is distributed through the mobile application provided to the enumeration teams, which captures geo-coordinates and family details. Further more, the related details of the affected families, Aadhaar number and other details should be obtained through the mobile app. As per the latest instructions, the GHMC Commissioner was directed to have a three-member inter-departmental team by region, a special officer, a GHMC/municipal officer and another officer from revenue or other departments.
