Richa's father shot dead, who defies court order to distribute Quran

Ranchi: Richa Bharti of Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand, came to the limelight when she refused to obey the court's order to distribute the Quran. Now in the ancestral village of Richa Bharti in Nalanda, Bihar, her father Prakash alias Mohan Kumar has been shot and killed. On February 19, his father was shot by some criminals. According to the FIR lodged by Richa's mother, the incident took place when Richa's father and his mother were returning home from the hallway at 8.30 pm.

According to the complaint lodged by the family of Richa Bharti, he was near his farm when eight assailants surrounded him with rifles on the shoulders and started firing. When Chandramouli Prasad and Ranjit Kumar started firing on Mohan Kumar, he got injured and fell there. After this, the goons put a noose in the neck of the injured Mohan Kumar and dragged him into a nearby well.

It has been told that when the family started going after them, they were also shot at. Meanwhile, the police also reached there. Richa's mother has told in the complaint that the reason is the old Ranjish of Ranjit Kumar and Chandramouli. They wanted to kill them. On 19 February, as soon as they got a chance, they killed Mohan Kumar, the husband of the complainant. This murder has taken place in personal enmity. However, this case has nothing to do with the Quranic case.
