Bollywood actress Richa Chadha has apologized for joking about a person's 'bipolar' status last year. Richa says, 'she has started to understand what mental health means and that is why she has issued an apology'. Richa was going to marry Ali Fazal this year but due to Coronavirus both of them could not get married. Their marriage postponed.
