Right way to mix spices in food

If the spices used in the kitchen are used in the right way, then it will be of great use. But many of us use them by destroying the present elements of it. After cooking curry or vegetables, take asafoetida and mix it with little water and put it in to the curry .

Cover it for 10 minutes. Asafoetida is rich in calcium will benefit in constipation, gas, migraine and asthma. Put the crushed coriander with the vegetable. Then fry a little light and add water. Coriander is rich in potassium and iodine that helps in formulating thyroid and blood clots. After roasting cumin, there is a lot of benefit. Fry it lightly and put it in the vegetable. It is beneficial for pregnant women.

The fennel should be used in the raw state in the vegetable. It removes the stomach problem in children. It is better to use cloves in boiling vegetables, water, tea, coffee or decoction. Cloves can benefit from asthma, cough, indigestion, gas and joint pain. If Amchur is add while boiling the vegetable or the food, then it will make the teeth strong and the skin becomes healthy.
