IND vs AUS: Rishabh Pant makes big statement after unbeaten knock against Australia

Brisbane: Team India was taken to the winning destination by wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant in the Brisbane Test. Pant has described his innings as the best career innings in this historic victory. Pant had scored 23 runs in the first innings of the fourth Test between India and Australia at Brisbane, but in the second innings, he scored 89 off 138 balls to help the team win.

In this outstanding innings, Pant also hit 9 fours and 1 six. Pant also became the highest run-getter for India in this series. Pant played three of the four Tests, scoring 274 runs in five innings. He averaged 68.50 and a strike rate of 69.89. After the match ended, Rishabh Pant said, "Winning this match is the biggest thing in my life. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the team management. Thank you very much for my fellows too."

Rishabh Pant said that even when I was not able to play very well, all these people joined and supported me. This victory over Australia is a dream feeling like a come true. Rishabh Pant's contribution is also important in this series win as the Indian team would have lost the series in Sydney if they did not play a marathon inning of 97 runs in the Sydney Test.
