Rishabh Pant has created history by slamming fastest century in first-class cricket. He has broken the 28-year-old record of former Tamilnadu opener VB Chandrasekhar who reached the 3 digit figure in 56 balls while this youngster has done it in 48 balls. He dismissed for 135 playing 67 balls hitting 8 boundaries and 13 sixes. He scored the triple century last month. 2. With the triple century, he has become second wicket-keeper batsman to hit the triple century in a Ranji match. 3. His knock of 308 is the second top individual score for Delhi in Ranji tournament. 4. He scored fastest fifty in 18 balls playing in U-19 against Nepal last year. 5. Pant was born in Uttarakhand but moved to Delhi with his parents at the age of 12 to train under Tarak Sinha, who is known to have mentored Indian opener, Shikhar Dhawan. 6.
