Hazaribagh: 28-year-old Rupesh lost his life after a bloody clash broke out between two groups over a dispute at Dulmaha under the Barhi sub-division of Hazaribagh in Jharkhand. Two other people were seriously injured in the clash. Police also resorted to aerial firing to pacify the miscreants and after the incident, the miscreants burnt down three shops.
