Ruling AIADMK and ally BJP intensifies the ground level preparation, TN Elections 2021

The ruling AIADMK and its ally BJP are upholding high caliber party internal meetings discussing local strategies to counter their rivals, just four months left as the deadline for declaring MLA candidates for the upcoming May Assembly polls in 2021. AIADMK MP and joint coordinator KP Munusamy, currently camped in Tiruvallur district, had cautioned party workers to take election works carefully. Amma (Jayalalithaa) is not with us and at the same time actors are entering the political fray and this election is going to be more tight and tough.

Due to the fact that new parties are entering the political arena, the AIADMK should stay alert and be more focussed on the campaign works, he told party workers in Tiruvallur. He also said in a caressing way that infights and dissent in the party should be dropped so that the DMK and other parties are defeated by the ruling party. On the other hand, the Central ruling BJP which is eyeing to open an account in Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, had also intensified its poll works. BJP state president L Murugan during an internal party meeting has told the BJP workers that the national party is running out of time in TN.

We just have only three months in hand and we should strengthen the party in every village and  in every town. Vel Yatra is a huge success and we should not be complacent, he said. He told it’s time for us to reach to every farmer seeking their votes. Explain to them about the PM-Kisan Yojana scheme under which Rs 6,000 cash was deposited in farmers’ bank accounts, Murugan told his supporters to kick start the farmer outreach programme without any delay. Murugan warned his party workers that the opposition DMK is waiting to spread falsehood on new farm bills, we should respond before that.
