Rupee opened higher today in early trade

The Rupee rose up in early trade today. The Rupee opened higher by 5 paise at 66.62 per dollar, as per the sources news.

"The rupee is expected to take cues from the equity market today and flows from the FPIs. The USD-INR pair is expected to trade within a narrow range of 66.60-66.83/dollar." as per the sources news NS Venkatesh of Lakshmi Vilas Bank said.

Yesterday the local currency ended 4 paise higher at 66.67 in trade.

As per the sources news in early trade today the benchmark BSE Sensex rose by 22.76 points, or 0.07 percent, to 29,022.32 in early session today. Also Read:
