MOSCOW: Russian forces have destroyed an armaments depot in Ukraine's Kiev region, the Russian Defense Ministry claimed. "An munitions plant near Brovary (city) in the Kiev region was destroyed during the night by high-precision air-based missiles," Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said during a daily briefing on Sunday. According to the Xinhua report, 29 terrorists, including foreign mercenaries, were killed during the rescue of Russian hostages from a mosque in Mariupol, eastern Ukraine.
