Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP) MP from Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh, Dr Syed Tufail Hassan (ST Hassan) often creates controversy because of his statements. Once again, his statement has created a stir. In fact, they have shown Muslims the fear of a uniform civil code (Uniform Civil Code). According to media reports, ST Hasan said, "I want to ask you so much for the community that elections are coming, don't be divided for Allah. Your only objective should be to defeat the BJP. ' Hassan claimed that the BJP is going to bring a uniform civil code (UCC). If this law comes, the rights of Muslims will be lost. Not only that, Hassan even said that Muslims would not be able to get married again after that. The minority status of educational institutions of Muslims will be abolished. Thereafter, 50 per cent of Muslims in Muslim institutions will lose their right to study. Hassan said, "If you divide the elections, the consequences will be fatal. So come together and defeat the BJP.'' It may be recalled that ST Hassan had earlier made a statement on the Uniform Civil Code saying that he stood by the Muslim Personal Law Board's statement that the board had opposed the uniform civil code. Hassan said that the Constitution of India does not allow this. Hassan said that the Constitution of the country has allowed those of every religion to follow their own accounts, their laws, any law can be changed, but personal laws cannot be abolished, it is against the law.
