Mumbai: The issue is hot since violence took place during immersion of Durga statue in Munger, Bihar. Politics has also intensified on this. During the immersion of the Durga idol immersion, there was a clash in the night and a young man was killed in the alleged police firing in the meantime. Thereafter, other places in the city including the Superintendent of Police were vandalized and vehicles were set on fire. The Shiv Sena has now reacted when the firing incident took place in Munger. Shiv Sena has called that attack an attack on Hindutva. Recently, Sanjay Raut has asked the Governor of Bihar and BJP leaders that why are they not raising questions? Speaking to a website, he said, 'The Munger firing incident is an attack on Hindutva. Such an incident happened in Maharashtra, West Bengal or Rajasthan, the Governor and BJP leaders would have demanded President's rule. Then why are the Governor of Bihar and BJP leaders not raising questions? After the Munger incident, the Election Commission has ordered the immediate removal of Munger District Magistrate Rajesh Meena and Superintendent of Police Lipi Singh. The Commissioner of Magadha Division, Asangba Chuba has asked the AO to investigate the whole matter. Additional Election Officer Sanjay Kumar Singh said that in view of the prevailing situation, the Election Commission has ordered the immediate removal of these two officers. The commission has directed Magadh division commissioner Asangba Chuba Ao to investigate the entire incident and submit a report in the next seven days.
