According to media reports, during the assembly elections in Maharashtra, Fadnavis was confident of the BJP's big win. During this time, he had said that the BJP will win such that the opposition side will not survive in the state. Uddhav Thackeray took oath as Chief Minister of Maharashtra on Thursday. With this, Thackeray government started in the economic capital of the country. This is the first time that a member of the Thackeray family is holding the post of Chief Minister.
