'No Cricket Match is Fairly Played, All are Fixed' reveals Bookie Sanjeev Chawla

New Delhi: Sanjeev Chawla, the main accused in the fixing scandal in 2000, has created panic in the entire cricket world by making a statement that every match is fixed. In a statement to the Delhi Police, Sanjeev has made a big disclosure saying that every match is decided in advance. According to reports, Chawla has spoken about the underworld being behind the fixing and also said that his life is in danger.

According to the report of Indian Express, Chawla said that, 'No cricket match is fair. The spectators who reach each match are fixed. The underworld controls these matches in the same way that films are controlled by the director. Sanjeev did not tell more things because according to him, if he does this, he will be killed. On the other hand, Police Crime Specialist Praveer Ranjan says that the police is still investigating the matter.

Pravir Ranjan has said that, "We cannot share any important information right now." This statement of Sanjeev is part of the charge sheet, however, it is not signed by Chawla. Along with Chawla, Krishna Kumar, Rajesh Kalra and Sunil Dhara are also accused in this case, who are currently released on bail.
