JAMMU: Key separatist leader heading JKLF and Kashmir Yasin Malik today may be present in the TADA court in Jammu. This case will be in connection with the ongoing kidnapping and murder cases. Malik is facing a case of murder of four Air Force officers and a civilian by terrorists in the city. After 30 years, justice is expected in this case. The separatist leader is also facing a case of abduction of Dr. Rubia Saeed, daughter of former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and then Home Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. Malik is lodged in Tihar Jail in New Delhi. The JKLF chief has been avoiding appearing in TADA court for the past 30 years. According to a news agency, now the TADA court of Jammu has issued a non-bailable warrant for his appearance for the third time on Wednesday. This warrant was issued on 22 August. The TADA court has ordered the Tihar jail in-charge to ensure Yasin Malik's appearance. About 40 Airforce officers, including a woman, were present on the spot who were seriously injured. Two officers died on the spot, while two officers and a civilian later succumbed. The CBI, after completing the investigation, presented a challan against Yasin Malik and others in Tada Court Jammu.
