Belgrade: According to Serbian media, Serbian scientists have named a new species of beetle after tennis legend Novak Djokovic because of its speed, strength, flexibility, durability, and capacity to survive in hostile environments. The insect was found several years ago in an underground pit in western Serbia. It is a member of the Duvalius genus of ground beetles, which are common in Europe.
