A succession of bombardments carried out by Syrian's government near Damascus on the dusk of Ceasefire has killed around 22 people as seen on a British Monitor. According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, " Among the victims were at least 14 children and three women, who indicated several others had been injured, some of them seriously, Efe news agency reported." The attack happened much before a ceasefire agreed between the government of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and opposition groups. Russian President said "Russia would be reducing its military presence in Syria following the ceasefire agreement with Assad."
