Bhopal: Recently big news has come from Shahdol in Madhya Pradesh. A case has been filed in the alleged gang rape case here. After filing the case, BJP has suspended the primary membership of Jaitpur division president Vijay Tripathi. In this case, it has been alleged that a 20-year-old woman was allegedly gang-raped by four people, including a BJP official, at a farmhouse in the district. Regarding this entire matter, BJP President of Shahdol district Kamal Pratap Singh says, 'After the name of Vijay Tripathi in the gang-rape case, he was expelled from Jaitpur Mandal President with immediate effect and his primary membership of the party Was abolished.' Releasing this statement, he has told that, 'The matter has come to the notice of the party by the media that a case has been registered on Vijay Tripathi, Mandal President BJP Jaitpur for rape in Jaitpur.' In his statement further, he said, 'There is no place in BJP for the workers who are involved in such heinous crime and conduct such conduct. BJP strongly condemns such conduct and crime. Hence, taking disciplinary action, Vijay Tripathi is removed and his primary membership of the party is terminated.' At the same time, additional Superintendent of Police Mukesh Vaish says about the case, the girl was first abducted by four people. He then took her inside a farmhouse in the Gadaghat area under the Jaitpur police station area. Here, he forced the woman to drink liquor and then raped her on 18–19 February. Apart from this, he also told that after the rape of the accused, the woman ran away in front of her house on February 20 in a critical condition. Police have named the names of the four accused Vijay Tripathi, Munna Singh, Rajesh Shukla, and Monu Maharaj.
