New Delhi: The stock market opened with a downward trend on the first trading day of the week after the presentation of the general budget. The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Sensex has lost 35 points to open at 39,701.02. Since then, the market has fluctuated. On the day of the presentation of the budget on Saturday, the stock market saw a big drop. Today, the rupee has also lost 32 paise against the dollar. By 9.21 am, the Sensex had risen by nearly 139 points to reach 39,840. After this, again at 9.33 am, the Sensex broke 150 points and reached 39,586. By 10.15 in the morning, the Sensex again rose to the strength of about 195 points and reached 39930.
