MP: Shivraj Singh Chouhan demands tandav ban

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has also demanded a ban on web series 'Tandav'. He said that it should be banned immediately. He has recently met Information broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar. In this visit, he said, "The web series has been played with religious sentiments in Tandav. On Monday, the chief minister went to Delhi on a one-day stay, where he first met Minister Prakash Javadekar and also met several more Union ministers. In the meantime, he demanded information and broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar to ban the ' Tandav ' web series being screened on the OTT platform, Amazon.

Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, "It has been played with religious beliefs. No one has the right to hurt our faith or insult the goddesses. I also say that there is a need to keep a close watch on the OTT platform also because the obscenity that is being served on it is taking our adolescents in the wrong direction, therefore, it is necessary to monitor it. The Government of India itself is serious about this issue. '

He talked more. A Sainik school is going to be opened soon in Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh. Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has urged for it and after his insistence, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has given his assent.
