SOP issued for Kumbh Mela, these things to make sure

Dehradun: The Uttarakhand government has issued security-related rules related to the Corona crisis regarding the Kumbh Mela 2021 to be started in Haridwar. Om Prakash, Chief Secretary in Dehradun, released the Corona SOP for the Kumbh Mela on Saturday. It also has detailed orders for different departments. It will be scheduled in the SOP fair area. The mandatory condition for traveling will be that admission will be received in the fair with negative reports.

According to the SOP, devotees will be allowed to enter the Kumbh Mela area if there is a negative report of the RT-PCR test. Devotees will have to show their negative corona report on the border of Haridwar. Apart from this, all the devotees can compulsorily register on the Kumbh Mela registration website http://www.haridwarkumbhmela2021.com/ and http://www.haridwarkumbhpolice2021.com before their journey. Passengers must compulsorily upload all relevant documents in the prescribed format in the registration portal.

After verification, e-pass / e-permit will be issued from the portal to enter them in the fair area. Boarding of RT-PCR negative test report in trains, buses and commercial vehicles. The border check post, railway station, airport, hotel, Dharamshala will be verified with e-pass and e-permit. The devotees coming without e-pass will not be allowed to enter the fair area.
