Samajwadi Party's state executive meeting chaired by Akhilesh Yadav begins

The state executive meeting of SP has started in the Lucknow office of Samajwadi Party regarding the preparations for Lok Sabha elections 2024. Senior SP leaders Shivpal Singh Yadav and Ram Gopal Yadav and senior officials also attended the meeting. SP spokesperson Rajendra Chaudhary, who was going to the meeting, said that SP is engaged in continuous struggle in the state. SP's effort is to defeat BJP on all 80 seats in UP.

Now only six months are left for the Lok Sabha elections. In such a situation, Lok Sabha elections are the main issue in the meeting. SP is a member of the opposition Alliance India, but Akhilesh Yadav has already made it clear that he has faith in the states where regional parties are strong. 

Reports say that there has been a heated exchange of words between SP and Congress leaders regarding seat sharing in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly elections. Congress is also claiming to contest elections on all the seats in the state. For which different campaigns and conferences are being organized. It is being speculated that SP may take some major decisions in this meeting.
