Today this surprise inspection caused tremendous panic in Lucknow jail administration. He was also accompanied by DM and SSP of Lucknow during the inspection. Since the killing of Munna Bajrangi in Baghpat Jail, the state government is very cautious about the security of the jails.

Earlier, on the instructions of Avneesh Awasthi, the Home Department has asked to be updated with the information of demarcation notification related to all districts and villages. After this, information about demarcation notification related to all police stations and villages can be obtained from the home department website. Important guidelines of its governance can be downloaded from the website. Police officers and personnel must keep information about the website being operated by the government.
