The state bank of India (SBI) is expected to be affected on December 16 and 17 due to a 2-day nationwide bank strike. According to a report received, a strike has been called by the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) against the government's decision to privatise public sector banks. All the same banks will be affected for the next four days from 16th December tomorrow. As all the bankers will go on strike for 2 days on 16th and 17th December over the demands. In such a case, if the bank has any work, complete it by Wednesday, 15th December. In fact, bank employees have declared a two-day strike over all the demands. The strike by banks will begin on December 16 and continue till October 17. The bankers will be on strike. 18th December is Saturday. Banks will remain closed as it is Sunday on 19th. There will be no functioning in banks from 16th to 19th December. Banking services will be restored from December 20. Bank organisations feel that the Central Government wants to pass the Banking Law Amendment Bill, 2021 in Parliament, a way to hand over public sector banks to private hands.
