Gehlot government in woes due to 6 BSP MLAs

After issuing summons from the High Court to the 6 MLAs who joined the Congress from the BSP, Ashok Gehlot has become alert. Congress politicians have now started preparing legal answers on this matter. The suggestion to shift out of the Jaisalmer-Barmer border of all the 6 MLAs who came to the Congress from the BSP has also come under discussion. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is going to Jaisalmer on Friday. The Chief Minister will make a strategy ahead by taking a meeting of the legislature party.

A section of Congress strategists have also advised to shift the six MLAs out of the Jaisalmer-Barmer border. The reason behind this opinion is that if the summons of the High Court is delayed, then the decision can move forward. But there is no positive reaction to this opinion at the moment.

The High Court has given the responsibility of serving summons to the Jaisalmer District Judge. The High Court has directed the local newspapers to send summons in person along with publishing the summons in local newspapers. CM Ashok Gehlot will visit Jaisalmer today in view of the entire situation. He is scheduled to reach Jaisalmer later in the afternoon. Gehlot will hold a meeting with the Congress and supported Independent MLAs in Barbandi at Hotel Suryagarh. At the meeting, the 6 MLAs coming from Bahujan Samajwadi Party and joining the party will also have to consult the High Court's summon.
