On Wednesday, the Supreme Court refused to hear the petition of the state government challenging the order of the High Court to maintain the status quo. Justice Ashok Bhushan, Justice R. Subhash Reddy and Justice MR Shah have refused to interfere in the interim order passed by the High Court. Apart from this, he has told about the early disposal of this matter. Senior advocate Rakesh Dwivedi, appearing for the Andhra Pradesh government, argued that "The judiciary cannot decide from where the executive will work".
