New Delhi: The Supreme court has issued guidelines to the central government and all states over orphans who lost their parents due to the corona epidemic. According to the guideline, states and Union Territories have directed strict action against NGOs illegally adopting children. The Supreme Court has asked the state to identify orphans through Childline 1089, Health Officers, Police, NGO and Institutions of Panchayati Raj.
