New Delhi: On Monday, the apex court questioned the protesters for blocking the public for road blockades against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) over the past two months on petitions that opened the closed road due to the ongoing protests in Shaheen Bagh. The court said, "Who gave you the right to jam the roads?"

The court has also refused to grant an interim order in the case. The bench of Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice KM Joseph informed the people about the problems caused by the demonstration.
