In a contempt case against the former Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) president, Anurag Thakur for filing a false affidavit in the top court the Supreme Court today will be hearing the case.
He has tendered fresh unconditional apology yesterday in the court for filing a false affidavit in connection with a contempt case against him.
The former president of the BCCI on July 7 was asked to tender the unconditional apology by the three-judge bench of the apex court, headed by Justice Dipak Misra and comprising of Justices A.M. Khanwilkar and D.Y. Chandrachud.
