Supreme Court overtakes world court after hearing through virtual system

The Supreme Court of India has upheld its virtual court system during lockdown. The court says that the system of justice cannot be stopped in this time of epidemic. The court has told that along with the data of different countries, the Supreme Court of India is the top in comparison to the courts of other countries in the case of hearing from virtual courts.

The Supreme Court is currently hearing only mandatory cases through video links. The court said that till May 1, a total of 22 days of hearing have been held. During this period 116 benches were formed. On Saturday night, the Supreme Court issued a 38-page note, justifying the decision of work through virtual court. The court said that this system is excellent in terms of saving time, money and energy of all parties.

The virtual court system is being heard in about 23 countries including USA, UK, European Union, Italy, Germany, China, Canada, Australia, Singapore and France, but the Indian judiciary is the best in terms of results. The Supreme Court of Britain has ruled in 18 cases between February 5 and April 29 and the Supreme Court of America has given judgment in 28 cases between February 24 and April 27.
