Petition filed in Supreme Court in Sushant's death case, got instructions to complete investigation in 2 months

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput is no longer in this world. He committed suicide on 14 June 2020 and since then many people called it a murder. However, a petition has been filed in the Supreme Court questioning the silence of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) regarding the status of the investigation into his death. This petition has been filed by advocate Vineet Dhanda. It is being told that in the petition, the apex court has been directed to complete the investigation in two months and present a report in this regard.

However, the petition has also said that, "About four months ago, the apex court had directed the CBI to investigate the case of Rajput's death." The petition also said, "The apex court expressed serious confidence in the country's premier investigative agency and directed an inquiry into the unnatural death of the late actor, as his death shook the entire nation and even abroad. Even his fans were shocked by the death of Rajput. ”

Apart from this, the petition also stated that, 'This court passed an order for CBI investigation on August 19, 2020 and now despite almost four months having passed, the CBI has not concluded its investigation. In the case of Sushant's death, his family members as well as his fans and well-wishers are yet to know the exact cause of his death. However, the apex court has been demanded to issue a directive to the CBI to submit a report in connection with its investigation.
