Last month, Suriya Sivakumar, a famous actor in the South Indian film industry, expressed his views on the National Eligibility Entrance Test, meaning NEET. Suriya is now being warned because of these ideas. According to a report received, the BJP Youth Wing of Tamil Nadu had convened a meeting in which a resolution was passed warning Tamil superstar Suriya Sivakumar about his views on NEET. The actor Suriya through a tweet had demanded suspension of NEET exam and also termed it as social justice. Suriya runs a educational institution called Agaram in which children from poor backgrounds are provided proper education. Demanding suspension of NEET, Suriya had also alleged that NEET was robbing students from poor backgrounds of their dream of becoming doctors. The actor's hidden agenda behind neet cancellation:- The actor had also mentioned that since India is a country with different languages, traditions and cultural values, education should be a State subject so that the state can change it in its own way. Tamil Nadu BJP Youth Wing President Vinod P. Selvam accused actor Suriya Sivakumar of misleading the students under the wrong propaganda. At the same time, opposing the welfare schemes brought by the Central Government was termed as the hidden agenda of the actor, which led to the passage of a resolution against the actor. Vinose P. Selvam warned Suriya not to run the agenda in this manner and said appropriate action would be taken against him if he did not stop.
