Some sources say that the decision to expand the Council of Ministers can be taken anytime within the next two to three days of July 7 or beyond. There can be an exercise to strengthen the NDA by involving allies in the expansion. The JD(U) will also be made a part of the Union Cabinet this time. At the same time, the AIADMK and its own party may also get a chance. This time representatives of remote States and Union Territories are also likely to be involved to achieve regional balance. You must be aware that when the Modi Government was formed, a total of 57 Ministers were made. These included 24 Cabinets, nine Independent Charge, and 24 Ministers of State.
