Tamil Nadu: An accident has occurred in an industrial area in the Cuddalore district. In which the news of many people being affected is coming. Where 5 people have lost their lives due to an explosion in the boiler of a thermal power plant. While 13 others have been badly injured. The blast took place at a power plant of NLC India Limited in Cuddalore, about 180 km from the Tamil Nadu capital Chennai. Officials said that the injured have been rushed to the hospital. Earlier in May, eight people were injured in a blast in the Cuddalore district of Tamil Nadu. This happened at the thermal plant of Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited (NLCL) located in the Dhamaka district. Initial reports have stated that the blast took place in a boiler at Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited. According to the information received from the PTI report, two contract workers were seriously injured in the blaze, and six others were also victimized by it. An NLC official said that the blast took place in the sixth unit of NLC India Thermal Power Station-II. He said that two workers were seriously injured in this blast on Thursday evening. When asked about the incident, he said that due to pressure there was an explosion in the boiler which caused a severe fire. Six workers and two technicians are injured. Firemen arrived at the scene after receiving the news of the accident.
