Tantalise your taste buds with awesome Thalipeeth

India is a country of different cast and culture. Every cast has its own speciality of dishes that they make on every special occasion. So today we are sharing a Maharashtrian recipe of Thali Peeth with you. It is a type of savoury multi-grain pancake, usually served with white water buffalo milk butter, ghee or yoghurt. Make your Gudi Padwa more special this time!

Ingredients: 3 Cup Flour 1 Cup Gramflour 4-5 Cloves of garlic 2 Onions (cut finely)  1 Tsp Chilli powder  1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder Salt (according to your taste) Oil for frying the thalipeeth Coriander leaves

Cooking Directions/ Steps: 1.) Apart from making a dough, roast the aata /flour and gram flour in a frying pan till it gets slightly brownish in colour. 2.) Now take that mixture out in a plate and add all dry ingredients ( chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt). 3.) Finely cut the garlic and onion into pieces according to your taste and add them to that roasted mixture. 4.) Mix the whole mixture and bind with water to form a dough. 5.) Make the parathas and fry them accordingly.
