New Delhi: The 15-member Indian team has been announced for the Test series against South Africa. This team is more or less the same that played against the West Indies. However, there has been a change in the team. KL Rahul has been shown the way out of the team due to poor performance against the West Indies and Shubman Gill has been given a chance in his 15-man squad. The first three T20 matches will be played between India and South Africa, followed by a three-Test series between the two countries. This series will be part of the World Test Championship. KL Rahul, who performed poorly against the West Indies, has been dropped from the team. On the other hand, Team India's chief selector MSK Prasad has clarified that he wants to give Rohit Sharma an opportunity as an opener. The Indian team performed brilliantly on the West Indies tour.
