Patna: Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav has written a letter to CM Nitish Kumar in regard to the murder of an RJD leader in Purnia and demanded a CBI inquiry into the matter. Giving information about this, he said that "I have sent a letter to the CM and demanded CBI investigation. An FIR has been lodged against me. Statements of those who have murdered him have come to light. Former Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav said that "The political motive of this case was to trap me. I want to do clean politics. The level of politics is constantly falling. Out of fear in desperation, my brother was falsely accused". He said that "RJD has done the work of spreading caste hysteria through the case. He said that I want to ask the Chief Minister that you were so scared and falsely accused me. Nitish Kumar has played the Dalit card". Tejashwi further said that "An FIR has been lodged on my brother. On whose request did the video go viral? Nitish Kumar should publicly apologize for this". Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav said that "If Nitish does not apologize, we will file a defamation case against him. A call was made to the deceased. The Minister of the Forest Department is Sushil Modi. I had also falsely accused my brother. A call is made from the guest house of the same zoo. People of Bihar have come to know".
