Tejashwi Yadav's attack on Nitish Kumar, says, 'Bihar government ending social fabric'

Patna: Former deputy CM of Bihar and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav on Monday attacked Bihar CM Nitish Kumar's government on the basisof a District Magistrate's letter. Tejashwi has accused the government of issuing malicious and disruptive orders on Mahaparva Chhath of Lokastha, citing a letter from Madhepura District Magistrate. He said that the government is ending social fabric.

Tejashwi tweeted a copy of that order of DM of Madhepura, writing that, "Nitish Kumar, NCRB report told the country that Bihar is at the forefront of the riots. Now see how malicious and disruptive the malicious Churvar government has done on the Mahasthar Chhath of Lokastha Ordered. People of every caste and religion celebrate Chhath festival. Do not destroy the faith and spirit of the folklore. "

Let us tell you that the District Magistrate of Madhepura had issued a guideline before Chhath by sending a letter to the administrative authorities to maintain law and order, in which a dispute had arisen regarding a paragraph. The letter reads, "Tension arises due to spillage of drain water (dirty water) in the localities leading to and from the streets leading up to the Chhat Ghats, especially in Muslim neighbourhoods."
