Subject experts were chosen to identify those subjects, which have the potential to be converted into e-content. Apart from this, TSBIE Secretary Omar Jalil spoke to a media house. During this time he said, "We have already converted about 40% of the syllabus into e-content, which will be broadcast through DD-Yadagiri and T-SAT by February." The students have access to learning for the six hours and three hours slots are to be given in the morning and afternoon. Along with Doordarshan and T-SAT, there is preparation about streaming this e-content live on many YouTube channels. TSBIE has tried many ways according to which it can work to reach every student. It is meant for those students who do not have television, smartphone or internet. The board has arranged 405 government colleges as student service centers and in these centers, teachers will be able to ensure that an alternative arrangement is made for such students.
