Thiruvananthapuram: On Friday, 1,569 new cases of corona have been reported in Kerala, after which the figure of corona patients in the state rises to 41,277. In this regard, Health Minister K Shailaja has told that 27 health workers are among those found infected by Corona. On Friday, 1,304 infected people were cured and so far a total of 26,996 people have been cured in the state. Currently, 14,094 patients of Corona are being treated in the state. Apart from this, 56 patients have come to Kerala from abroad while 132 patients have returned to Kerala from other states. Out of 1,569 new cases, 1,354 people have been infected with corona due to contact with the infected. The source of 86 cases has not been known yet.

About 24 lakh people have been affected by corona infection so far. In the last 24 hours, a record 67 thousand new cases of Corona have been reported and 942 people have lost their lives. The pace of corona cases in India also remains at number one in the world. In the US and Brazil, 54,345 and 58,081 new cases have been reported in the last day. Earlier, a record 64,399 cases were reported in the country on the 9th.

According to the latest data of the Ministry of Health, 23 lakh 96 thousand 637 people have been infected with Corona so far in India. Of these, 47,033 people have lost their lives, while there are six lakh 53 active cases and 16 lakh 95 thousand people have recovered.
