Hyderabad: The government has taken an important decision regarding the treatment of corona infected patients in private hospitals. Now 50 percent beds in private hospitals will be provided to the government. According to the decision taken by the government, there are orders to provide medical treatment to patients on 50 percent beds. There are orders from the state medical and health department to recruit patients. Minister Etela Rajender held a meeting with representatives of proprietors of private and corporate hospitals in this matter. During this time this decision was taken. In this meeting, private hospitals will give 50 percent beds to the government. The minister has also asked the proprietors to meet with the Director of Public Health Department Dr Srinivasa Rao on Friday in the context of providing 50 percent beds in private hospitals. According to the bulletin issued by the government, there are 118 private and corporate hospitals in the state. 7,879 beds are available for corona patients in these hospitals. It is being told that out of these 3,940 beds will be under the state government. According to the information revealed, the total number of regular beds is 3,216. Out of these, the government is going to provide 1,608 beds. The government will fill 1,572 beds if there are 3,145 beds with oxygen facilities. The government is ready to recruit patients on 759 beds out of the total 1,518 beds. Patients are admitted on the current 4,453 beds and 3,426 beds are left.
