Mumbai: An incident of uproar by more than 30 miscreants has come to light in a colony of Mumbai, Maharashtra. Around 30 to 40 unidentified youths have created a ruckus in Mankhurd area of Mumbai. After the sabotage and uproar, police force has been deployed in huge numbers in the area. After registering a case, the police is engaged in the investigation of the matter. According to the news received, 30 to 40 youths started vandalizing Mankhurd area at around 10 pm on Sunday. With sticks and swords in their hands, these people entered the PMGP colony and started vandalizing the vehicles parked there. Due to this sudden development, there was panic in the area and people started running here and there. The miscreants fled after vandalizing the vehicles. On receiving the same complaint, the police reached the spot in no time. Heavy police force has been deployed in the entire area. Additional level officers themselves are present on the spot. Mankhurd police is investigating by registering a case against unknown boys. Senior Police Inspector Mahadev P Kolo said that many videos and messages are going viral on social media after the incident. The police have asked people to share the video or CCTV footage with the police, urging them not to pay heed to rumours. The surprising thing in this incident is that the criminal created a lot of ruckus in the area for some time and ran away after sabotaging it. Angry local people were pacified by the police by reaching the incident. Thereafter, the Mumbai Police personnel patrolled the area throughout the night. Meanwhile, BJP MP from North-East Mumbai Lok Sabha constituency Manoj Kotak said that they are keeping an eye on the matter and are in touch with the officers. Kotak has urged people to maintain peace.
